Hi,
It could be hormones, nerves, genetics. But I would also tell you
that just because it's sold in a health food store doesn't mean
it's healthy. Here's what I recommend:
USE ONLY TEA TREE OIL SOAP TO WASH YOUR FACE. NOTHING
HARSHER.
If you can afford my soft grains scrub ($35 for a
six month supply) it will definitely help diminish whiteheads and
blackheads.)
Natural ideas: Wash with oatmeal once a day,
just mix a 1/4 cup with plain yogurt, make a paste, and rub in and
massage, then rinse with water. Apply the yolk of an egg as a mask
for ten minutes; it acts like Retin A without the side affects.
Write me if you need more help.

Help for a Teen-ager:
As to your teenage daughter, I have a number of suggestions:
1. She must wash with tea tree oil soap, at least
once daily.
2. She can also use either my peppermint oatmeal soap or a green
clay soap I have another time during the day.
3. I highly recommend my soft grain scrub, which contains both papaya
enzyme as well as glycolic acid, and can start on a cellular level
to deep clean the skin and thus eventually eliminate most blackheads
and clogged pores that create the blemishes.
4. My glycolic serum is also a helpful product and would be used
once a day; it definitely unloosens the cellular level sebaceous
oil glands that have become clogged, etc.
5. I also have a special clay mask, which is good to draw out the
impurities in the sking and would be used 3-5 times a week. Apply,
put all over face, wait 4 to 6 minutes, until clay begins to harden,
then wash off very well, with only tepid water.
6. I also have a beta hydroxy stick, which is a take-along tube
perfect for dabbing on blemishes during the day. It is invisible
to the eye, contains salycilyic acid, and definitely helps calm
the skin down.
You'll find all these products described on my website: awabi.com/reborn.
You can also order in this manner.
And if you need further advice for your daughter, feel free to write
me at any time.
Best,
Judi
